I’m the founder of Sohl Ventures, a private equity firm that owns and scales brands across multiple industries. In my free time, I’m a writer and thinker, passionate about discovering practical solutions to modern entrepreneurial life’s problems.

My journey began at 18 in my home country, Portugal, working in my family’s cleaning company, a business few believed in. I played a pivotal role in creating the sales system that laid the foundation for its growth. This system helped scale the company to over $10 million in annual revenue, making it one of the largest cleaning companies in the country today.

Six years later, I launched Ocasius, a marketing company, in a completely different country: Mexico.

After achieving success with clients in four countries, we began receiving invitations to invest in and acquire equity in the businesses we worked with. This inspired the creation of Sohl Ventures. Today, through Sohl, we own and advise companies across a range of industries, such as industrial furniture manufacturing, construction materials, media and human resources.
